1. Account Creation / アカウント作成

To access My Account features, you must create an account by providing accurate information including your name, email address, password, shipping and billing addresses, and phone number.

マイアカウントの機能を利用するには、名前、メールアドレス、パスワード、配送先および請求先住所、電話番号などの正確な情報を提供してアカウントを作成する必要があります。

Minors must have parental consent to create an account.
未成年者がアカウントを作成する場合は、保護者の同意が必要です。

2. Login & Security / ログインとセキュリティ

• Use your email and password to log in.

• Protect your account by keeping your password confidential.

• If you forget your password, you can reset it via the “Forgot Password” link.

• Two-factor authentication may be used for enhanced security.

• メールアドレスとパスワードでログインしてください。

• パスワードは秘密にしてアカウントを保護してください。

• パスワードを忘れた場合は、「パスワードを忘れた場合」リンクからリセットできます。

• セキュリティ強化のため、二段階認証を使用することがあります。

3. Personal Information / 個人情報

You can view and update your personal information, shipping and billing addresses, and payment methods at any time.

個人情報、配送先・請求先住所、支払方法は、いつでも確認・更新できます。

4. Order Management / 注文管理

• Track the status of current orders.

• View your order history.

• Cancel or modify orders if allowed.

• 現在の注文状況を確認できます。

• 注文履歴を確認できます。

• 条件に応じて、注文のキャンセルや変更が可能です。

6. Communication Preferences / 通知設定

• Manage your email notifications and marketing preferences.

• You can opt-out of marketing emails at any time.

• メール通知やプロモーションメールの設定を管理できます。

• いつでもマーケティングメールの配信停止が可能です。

7. Account Deactivation / アカウント削除

• You can deactivate or delete your account at any time.

• Deleting your account will remove all order history and saved information.

• いつでもアカウントを無効化または削除できます。

• アカウント削除により、注文履歴や保存情報はすべて削除されます。
