当社は最高品質の商品とサービスを提供するよう努めています。ご購入にご満足いただけない場合は、以下の返品ポリシーをご確認ください。

1. Return Conditions / 返品条件

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  配送日から3日以内に返品を申請してください。

• Only unopened and unused items in original packaging are eligible for return.
  未開封かつ未使用で、元のパッケージに入っている商品のみ返品可能です。

• Perishable and frozen items are not eligible for return, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
  生鮮食品および冷凍食品は、破損または誤配送の場合を除き、返品できません。

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  返品にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。

2. Non-Returnable Items / 返品不可の商品

• Opened or used products
  開封済みまたは使用済みの商品

• Items past the 3-day return window
  配送日から3日を超えた商品

3. How to Request a Return / 返品申請方法

   注文番号、商品情報、および返品理由をお知らせください。

3. We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
   返品可能な場合は、当社から返品手順をご案内します。

4. Refunds / 返金について

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping and COD fees).
  返品商品を受領・確認後、元の支払い方法へ返金します（送料および代引手数料は除く）。

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the return.
  返金は返品商品受領後、5〜7営業日以内に処理されます。
